Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and a password. When a promotional offer is open you will see it on the pricing page, and we will always tell you before anything is charged.
How do I pay?
We email you an invoice each billing period with bank-transfer details in your currency, payable within 14 days. Use the invoice number as the payment reference. Card payment is coming; your access never depends on a payment clearing.
What does it cost after any free period?
Ginuma Starter is US$4 a month, or US$40 a year if you prefer annual billing. You can choose the cycle when you sign up and change it later.
Where is my data kept?
Ginuma is hosted in secure data centres in Australia. Your workspace, documents and backups stay there.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. You create the workspace and invite colleagues from the Users page. Everyone signs in with their own account and their own permissions.
What does Enterprise include?
A Ginuma tailored to your business: custom integrations, dashboards and modules, with implementation support and data migration. Tell us what you need and we will scope it with you.
