Who we are

Ginuma (contracting entity to be confirmed) ("Ginuma", "we") provides the Ginuma service. Questions about this policy go to support@ginuma.com.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, country, mobile number and a password you choose. We also record your chosen plan and currency, your answers to "team size" and "how did you hear about us", whether you consented to marketing email, the date and version of the terms you accepted, and technical details of the request (IP address, browser). Inside the product you add the business data you choose to store: contacts, invoices, payments and documents.

Why we collect it

To create and secure your account, to provide the service, to send you transactional email (verification codes, welcome, account notices), and, only if you opt in, product news. Attribution answers help us understand how people find Ginuma.

Where it is stored

Ginuma runs in secure data centres in Australia. Your data is stored in Australia and not moved out of that country by us.

Who we share it with

Infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf for hosting, storage, email delivery and bot protection, under contracts that keep your data in Australia. A list of these providers is available on request. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing support@ginuma.com.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads; the signup page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. The application uses cookies and local storage only as needed to keep you signed in.
