The service

Ginuma (Sri Lankan entity to be confirmed) ("Ginuma") provides online accounting software as described on this site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Plans and payment

Ginuma Starter is offered at Rs 800 per month or Rs 8,000 per year (LKR). Prices in Sri Lankan rupees. Applicable taxes are shown on your invoice. No payment is taken at signup. Promotional offers: from time to time we offer new customers a free period or another promotion. The offer that applies to you is the one shown on our pricing page at the moment you submit the signup form; where an offer is limited to a number of customers, it applies if a place is still available when you confirm your email. Dated offers end at midnight, Sydney time, on their closing date. We may change or withdraw an offer for people who have not yet signed up. Your welcome email confirms which offer applies to you and when any free period ends. After any free period, invoices are issued by email at the start of each billing period and are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of issue. We will remind you about an unpaid invoice; we do not suspend access for late payment. Enterprise services are provided under a separate agreement.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We store it in Australia and process it only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and close your account at any time by contacting support@ginuma.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ginuma for anything unlawful, to store content you have no right to store, or in a way that interferes with the service for others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the application and the version string on this page will change.
